Dear colleagues:
I would appreciate some help with "cierre en".
US English please.
My attempt (I have another question which I will post separately dealing with "placa común" which I have tentatively translated as "shared connector plate":
I found this: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/construction_ci... (commmon/shared connector plate/bracket OR half plate shared with by two structures). I am not sure of any of these.
xxxx a broken line and successive dimensions of two meters thirty centimeters (2.30 m), ten centimeters (0.10 m) and four meters seventy-five centimeters (4.75 m), shared walls separating it from Apartment one thousand two hundred and one (1201) on the same landing and part of the common area of the building. THE HIGHEST LEVEL: with a shared connector plate separating it from the floor of the building.
Thank you so much. *This is a Colombian document*.

Discussion
I think enclosed by is probably correct. This is a description of a property and the idea is that the line encloses the borders of the property. I think it would be understood.
Common or Communal?????
