Lagar i utlandet (utanför Ontario) ska alltså inte spela in på detta avtal i händelse av tvist. På så sätt friskriver man sig från den internationella rätt som kan komma att stå i konflikt (kollidera) med Ontarios lagar. Liknande fråga har varit uppe förut, enligt länken nedan (hoppas jag).
