3.1.1. Zobowiązania dotyczące credit


Nabywca ma prawo do publikacji, reklamy, publicznego ogłaszania i użycia w jakikolwiek sposób i w dowolnym rozmiarze, nazwiska, biografii, zdjęć lub podobizny właściciela w związku z wykonywaniem przeniesionych praw przewidzianych w umowie, pod warunkiem że takie użycie nie będzie poparciem, aprobatą innego produktu czy usługi niż dane dzieło filmowe.

Istotnym jest rozważenie dwóch kwestii, a mianowicie, po pierwsze - prawa nabywcy do użycia nazwiska i podobizny autora w celu promocji i reklamy dzieła filmowego i po drugie - zobowiązania nabywcy dotyczące "biling credits" dla właściciela (autora) w dziełe filmowym i materiale promocyjnym.
