German to English Medical Medical (general) Angiography
This comes from a description of an angioplasty.
They have examined the arteries, and then begin the procedure:

MP-Führung, Pilot, Vorbringen des Spider 7 Protektiossystem verschliesst das Gefaess.

I've looked at different catheters, introducers and brands, but I can't find anything for "MP".
Any ideas?

Ok - just found MP = multipurpose. Does that sound right?

Wobei deine Idee mit dem Tippfehler auch nicht schlecht war, aber IMO läuft die Angioplastie unter Röntgenkontrolle und nicht im MRT ab ;-)
agree Ken McKerrow : usually MP guidewire (X French) , but it's Fuehrung, and not F..draht, so this is accurate here
