I need further help with a term found in a text for assembly of an engine block:

"Um acolhedor/indexador para o bloco."

This text appears under a section with the title "Prensa Hidropneumática para montagem de tubo da vareta de óleo, pissets, pinos e buchas."

I apreciate any help I can get.
