Hi. I'm translating nota simple informativa.
At the beginning it says:
Registro de la propiedad de Sant Feliu de Guixols
Tel:
Fax:
Fecha de expedición:
Fecha de la información:
Petición registro:
Petición Notaría:
I don't quite understand how to link those words. As I know, the notary asks for this nota simple. Does it mean "application for the registry", application of the notary office?

application made to the (Land) Registry
Registro can mean the register, registry or the act of registration, so also an 'application for registration' or in the US: for 'recordation'.
Anyway, in this context and in that list, it seems to mean an application to the Registry to issue a 'nota simple informativa', approx. an abridged land search or known in UK conveyancing and notarially as : 'office (now aka official) copy entries'.
In England & Wales, petitions are used in family and insolvency / bankruptcy matters. Let's not forget Scotland where petition means 'loosely, an application to the court'.
