Corporate management
There are several variations you can use here. This sounds like your Senior HR executive in Corporate Management. A variation is with 'Team'.

The context seems to indicate the most senior HR role in the corp. -- which indicates management to me... tho this may not be part of the senior executive management ...

Discussion
Group staff unit certainly doesn't say it... by a long shot. And I disagree w Chris here. What is the difference between corp management and corp. services? None, but mgmt sounds better.
I think Americans say corporate staff(s) and a lot of Scandi firms use it but it offends my British ears.
