Ms. Urban missed agreed deadline and repeatedly misled us with promises of delivery. 4 days after deadline she resigned altogether without delivering anything. It caused a substantial loss on our side

I worked under Ms Urban's management on a good number of occasions when I was new and would gladly do so again. She exudes competence and has a great way of running a tight ship while ever remaining a nice person. Also, she has an unbelievable deposit of knowledge about translation issues and her subject areas.
