XLIFFTool 1.2 from https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/60460/xlifftool#

XLIFFTool is a nice XLIFF editor that runs natively on Mac. It offers a Find feature but misses a replace feature.

Another free XLIFF editor May 10, 2019

Another recent one for Mac/Windows/Linux is Poedit from https://poedit.net - also on GitHub.

It used to be for PO files only, but since version 2.2 from last year supports XLIFF as well (including 2.0).
