Quote submitted for a premium Connect job is not listed under My Connections

Hello everybody,

I just wanted to ask why a quote for a Premium Connect job I submitted is not being listed under My Connections, although there do appear all the other Connect job quotes I ever have submitted. Any explanation?

Only ProZ.com staff will be able to check this; please submit a Support Request, quoting the URL of the Connect job you're referring to.

Contacting staff through the Support system is more effective than posting in the forum, as support tickets are tracked by staff.

Hi Ralf, I have already sent a support ticket this morning, and yesterday I sent a message to "sourcing", that is, the email address indiacted at the bottom of the Connect page. Unfortunately, I haven't got any answer yet and the issue is quite important.
