Hola a todos! - Como que voy a empezar un proyecto bastante grande(del espanol al italiano) con un agencia que no conozco, me gustaria tener un contrato firmado (pues.. visto lo que pasa con varias agencias!)...Donde puedo encontrar unos modelos de contratos espanoles en internet? Si la agencia es seria, te debiera presentar ella un contrato. Si no lo hace, puedes guiarte por la orden de compra tipo que puse en este hilo http://www.proz.com/topic/24996

Siempre es bueno tener un contrato propio. La agencia va a defender sus intereses y no los del traductor.
Aún cuando yo firme el contrato de la agencia, me gusta comparar las estipulaciones de su contrato con las del mío. Esto me ayuda a identificar disposiciones del contrato que no me favorecen y que quizá debo negociar.
Como dice el refrán: "Quien bien se cuida evita los malos ratos"
