English to German Tech/Engineering Computers: Software Medizin

Es geht um "Patient Education Software" (also Lernsoftware/erklärende Software in der Medizin).
Ich bin nicht sicher, ob diese Frage besser unter "Computer" oder und "Medizin" aufgehoben ist,
und versuche es nun zuerst mit Computer (auch weil unter Medizin keine geeignete Untergruppe existiert).

Ich habe eine Excel-Tabelle mit (meist kurzen) Meldungen, die diese Computersoftware ausgeben kann.
Das Wort "Administrative" taucht im ganzen Text 7x auf, davon 6x hintereinander in Zusammensetzungen (s.u.)
und später nochmal, dann allerdings alleinstehend (s.u.).

Ich frage parallel nach "Administrative Form" und nach "Administrative Image".
Erst dachte ich bei "Administrative Form" einfach an "Verwaltungsformular", bin jetzt aber nicht mehr so sicher,
da laut Google-Funden "Administrative Image" auch etwas mit "Administrator..." zu tun haben könnte?
