it has to do with a mandatory quiz taken annually by hospital employees.

It's about tuberculosis.
At the bottom of page 21 in both Spanish and English versions, one can find the expressions "núcleos de gotitas" and "droplet nuclei" respectively.
I think this concept applies here too.

Con el contexto anexado por Lysa Kirby puedo entender que se trata de 3 formas transmisión de \"alguna enfermedad\" que puede ser contagiada por medio de la via aera (respiración), por medio del rocio quizas de particulas de saliba (cuando alguien estornuda) o por la via cutanea al entrar contacto con la piel de la persona enferma.
