The operator orients a book of parts on top of the air flotation table, in arbitrary order, and pushes it onto the driven roller conveyor, always lengthwise. The parts come from a panel saw.

Phillee: I think as well that it is a bad English. I assume it is a block/stack of panels that is transported on the roller conveyor.

Stapel ist die richtige Übersetzung, denke ich. oder einfach übereinander gestapelte Teile. Wobei "Übersetzung" hier zuviel gesagt ist, siehe meine Vorredner.

Is this a stack/pile of sawn plywood panels that look like a book when stacked?
