Da quanto sopra capisco che il dealer diventa parte in causa della transazione, a differenza del broker, che si limita e mettere i contatto le due parti e per questo percepisce una commissione. Ne consegue che "to find the other side of the transaction" significa semplicemente che i dealer cercano di trovare una controparte nella transazione, allo scopo, ovviamente di ricavarne un profitto.
