of the same construction and prices
I've been told that they all come from the same assembly line and they just stick Siemens, Bosch or Constructa??? on them afterwards. The idea is to keep old customers who always bought Bosch or Siemens.

I mean all the models from just those three firms (I think Constructa was the third firm) because they were amalgamated. I don't mean all makes.

Actually, the other brand that amalgamated with Bosch and Siemens might have been Neff. I'm not quite sure whether it was Constructa or Neff or even both of those as well. All I know is that I had a Bosch dishwasher that needed repairing and when I expressed surprise because a Siemens man arrived to fix it, he explained the above to me, that the Bosch, Siemens and Neff/Constructa (not quite sure any longer) machines were absolutely identical and from the same assembly line and only the names put on them were different.

identical similarly-priced models
"Of the same construction" doesn't sound natural to me in English. If you think that "identical" is taking it a bit too far (as there may be superificial cosmetic differences) you could try, "virtually identical", "almost identical" or "comparable".
