German term

Abrufkonto

German to English Bus/Financial IT (Information Technology)
I am in the process of translating an Excel file with many short entries such as 'Passwort fehlt', 'Ungültiges Passwort', 'Sicherheitscode wiederholen', but also 'per Bankeinzug', 'auf Rechnung' etc. It has obviously to do with creating a user account online that allows you to download information against payment. I don't know if 'Abrufkonto' in this context is an IT-term or a banking term and how to translate it. Any help would be appreciated.

With just the isolated word.. I don't think one can decide this question
- it could be financial, i.e. the customer pays some money into an account up front and every time they download something, money is charged to this account (normally Abrufkonto would be used for Tagesgeld or similar money accounts)
but
it could also be something like an user account created on demand or data available from the user account on demand..

Are you sure about it being an account that allows you to download information? As far as I know, it's a type of bank account.

call account

A bank account that pays a higher rate of interest than an ordinary account. You have to ask the bank a short time before if you want to take money out.
