award made in respect of the principal claim Der Beklagte erkennt das Versäumnisurteil als gleichwertig mit dem Hauptsachetitel an. "dass" should be "das", which is a relative pronoun referring to "Versäumnisurteil". Hauptsachetitel is an award made in respect of the principal claim.
