"LV-Funktion global erhalten, V.a. Hypokinesie posterolateral und posterior, Septum etwas hypokinetisch mit zweizeitiger Relaxation, über MK (pw) E/A 1,1-0,9 wechseld, **ET** normal (10-17 cm/sek), keine relevanten Vitien, kein Shuntvitium erkennbar."
I've also been unable to decipher the acronyms pw and E/A - any info gratefully received.

"pw" first: you may find it in http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Echokardiografie
and stands for "pulse wave" - gepulst - IMO.
For ET: cm/s is the dimension of velocity, and in echocardiography they measure, among other parameters, the velocity of myocardial velocities (Wandbewegungsgeschwindigkeiten). They have categories "S": systole, "E": early diastole, "A": late diastole.
Very complex subject, really, here you find more about that:
http://www.kup.at/kup/pdf/460.pdf
OK, even if I assume that E is the early diastole, I still don't know, what the "T" is ...?

Sorry, just say that Gisela had already given the explanation of \"pw\"! :-)
