Tutorial

An educated guess at 'tutorial', but I would say that 'live demonstration' in itself sounds like a synonym for Schauübung and so a tutorial can also be similar if it is to show someone something in order to teach them?

P.s this is my first time answering - go easy on me :)
Example sentence:

The professor was offering a tutorial in her office a week before the exam.

I watched a make-up tutorial to learn how to apply eye make-up.
