Here's the context:

I'm guessing "advance center" or "advance hub" but I don't know anything about this technology, which I gather is also somewhat dated. What translations I've found are machine translations and I don't trust them.

Could it mean support tiers, like if your ATM spits out 100 dollar bills, first you call the 1st level call center & then the 2nd level, and if they don't respond you just take the money and run :)
Example sentence:
