GUEST SPEAKER, Carol Shaw

Carol Shaw is Editor and Steering Committee Member of MITA (Metroplex Interpreters and Translators Association). She is also a charter member of TAJIT (Texas Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators). Powwow attendees will receive information from Carol about these two organizations and how to best benefit from them.

Carol is also a court interpreter licensed by the state of Texas and an ATA certified translator. She has worked as a translator/interpreter since 1980. Carol grew up and was educated in Ecuador. She has lived in the USA for the past couple of decades.
