Lebenslauf

I am a freelance translator and Interpreter based in Kolkata, India. I am working full-time since May, 2003.

My mother tongue is Bengali. I have studied English as a compulsory Subject till my B.Sc. Level. In addition to this I have certification in German Language from Goethe Institut Internationes/Max Müller Bhawan, Kolkata. I have also certification in Japanese Language as I have cleared JLPT Level 3.

I normally work in these language combinations English <> Bengali and German > English. Through my associates I also provide translations in English <> Assamese, English <> Odia, French > English and Japanese > English.

I am offering Translation, Proofreading and Interpretation services.

I want to expand my horizon and work in different kinds of Projects to make me versatile and well equipped. Hence I request you to consider me in case you have projects matching my language combinations.
