As for "worsts" that are so bad as to be campy good:
Horror: "Valley of the Gwangi" (funnier than Airplane)
War: The Battle of Blood Island- Hilarious- not even the Foley work in synch -guys dropping without being shot, etc.

Walked out of it...
A couple of other stinkers:
Before Sunset and Before Sunrise, with Ethan Hawke (don't like him anyway)...boring, self-indulgent, pointless. Only watched parts of the first one, and a few minutes of the second one out of curiosity to see if it was any better than the first one -- NOT!
