Should be the rates visable in the profile? Oct 1, 2013

My personal opinion on this is that showing the reasonable rate is at least showing our honesty and reliability to our clients. just like a seller, if he even has no idea how much his product is, how can he sell it? Showing rates is also showing your quality and your self-confidence in doing with your business.
