Translation videos "Travel programme" from Japanese to English (250 min)

We have eight Japanese spoken videos of a total of 250 minutes, from which we need an English translation.

So to write down in English what is being said in Japanese.

With the video I can send a Word document with the exact time codes from which we would need the translation.

What would be your rate per video minute (to be translated)? And what would be delivery time? We would need it asap.

Experience in translating video is preferred.
