A very informative video which deeply analyzes stress and tells us what to do about it.Sep 24, 2013

Now I know what I will do every time I feel stressed during my working shift. One good tip the speaker gives us is to find out what the root cause of it is. I highly recommend watching this video if you wake up in the morning and want to go back to sleep because you don't know what to do in order to... See more

Now I know what I will do every time I feel stressed during my working shift. One good tip the speaker gives us is to find out what the root cause of it is. I highly recommend watching this video if you wake up in the morning and want to go back to sleep because you don't know what to do in order to manage all the work that awaits you during that day. Pritam really knows his topic and his video helped me to see stress in a different way: one that lets me recognize it, analyze it, and take action.Collapse
