I have experience in translation since 1996. My M.A. (licentiate) in German Language and Literature (Minor subjects: Informatics for the Humanities and Media Sciences; Basel University, Switzerland; 2008) and M.A. degree in Chemistry (Department of Chemical Technology, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania; 1996) has equipped me with excellent skills which help me in translating. This, combined with my Certificate of Legal Interpretation and Translation (Zurich Interpreters School, Switzerland), has enabled me to qualify as a Member of the German “Federal Association of Interprets and Translators” (BDÜ), a Member of the Swiss Association of Interpreters and Translators (JUSLINGUA).
