Studio 2014 Quick Merge over sub folders

I have just got a job in with the files in various sub folders of the main folder. I want to do a quick (virtual) merge of all of the documents during translation, but can't work out how to do it. I can do a quick merge on the files in a single folder without a problem.

Does anybody know how I can achieve this?

... that says "include subfolders" in the navigation pane on the left.
