"Connection to Language Cloud failed" with Trados 2015

I have upgraded my account to PRO, but I cannot use it with Trados 2015, as I keep getting the error message in the title. I have tried opening as an administrator to no avail.

Can someone help?

I had a similar problem with Trados 2014 yesterday, and searching in Internet I read many users (or better... enough in my opinion) had problems connected with the Language Cloud and they couldn't use Trados.

Well apparently this doesn't work for me, or on the 2015 version of Studio.

PLEASE, I really need help in resolving this... I'm paying for Language Cloud, I need to be able to use it! Can anyone offer insights for the 2015 version??

Anything I find points me out to a maintenance agreement ($$).
