Importing file after external review

I exported translation in Word document for external review, and now I would like to import this file back with all the changes and corrections the editor has made. How can I do this? I tried to use commands File - Update from External Review and followed all steps. There was a box showing "Importing.." un that everything is finished but, as a result, nothing changed in the translation. Does someone knows why it happens? Maybe I am doing something in a wrong way..

I met with this issue and searched for Proz forum. It is quite helpful after reading a number of suggestions here.
