How to convert ttx.files to Pdf or Word?

Can you please tell me how I can convert a .ttx translated file to Pdf or word files?

you will have to convert them back to the format from which these ttx files were created (Word, Excel, etc.) - using Trados.

And then, when you have these original file format (already translated in ttx), you can convert them to any format you like - including pdf and doc(x).

TTX is a text file Jul 2, 2015

If you have no special software, open the *.ttx file in a text editor software e.g. Notepad.
You can save the text file as *.doc or *.pdf directly.
*.ttx file content is not easy to read since it contains many special formatting tag codes.
