Kontext: Definition of the term "contract".

In order for a contract to be valid the following elements must be satisfied:

1) Intention to create legal relations: There must always have been the intent behind the agreement that if a dispute arose, the agreement should be subject to a court of law.

Versuch:

Rechtsbindungswille: Die Vereinbarung muss immer mit der Absicht getroffen werden, dass die Vereinbarung im Streitfalle "vor Gericht gebracht werden sollte" / einer "gerichtlichen Untersuchung unterliegt" / einer "gerichtlichen Prüfung unterzogen werden sollte"?
