Örn: "Guns, only where allowed, do not cause offence" ya da "Smoking, only where allowed, does not cause offence". Virgülleri de atlamışlar sanırım.

"Posters where allowed are not against the rules" diyebilirlerdi, ama dememişler.

Does yerine do kullanılmasının anlamı gayet açık. Posters çoğul. Dolayısıyla "posters does" olamaz. Hapishane talimatnamesi olduğuna göre, "posters only where allowed do not cause offence" cümlesini ben şöyle anlıyorum: Öyle canınızın istediği her yere poster yapıştıramazsınız.
