More context? Well, let's see. This is on the front page of a letter which is really a price quotation for services. The service in particular is the hosting of conferences, i.e. there is a large company looking for a place to hold a big international conference and the letter is from a servce provider hoping to be chosen to host the conference. This document provides a list of the prices and services offered.
