Bio
I am a freelance Japanese translator/interpreter operating from Tokyo, Japan.

I have 25 years of banking experience both in Japan and the City of London. I have also worked for software and other companies on legal, IP, and tax matters. I studied law at the University of Tokyo.

My speciality is legal (contracts, IP, maritime, medical and pharmaceutical court cases), finance (due diligence, market report and products), and tax related matters. Since I became independent, the scope of translation expanded to medical, pharmaceutical and engineering fields as well as government related documents of the USA, UK and EU.

Many agencies use me as the first contact for their projects. They also use me when they submit a test translation in order to win their tender with the client. My job was awarded as the highest quality of work by Temple Translations, London. Translation is practical based on many years' experience of actual industries.

I am currently translating 30,000 words per month on average.
