Source text - English First of all we would like to emphasize that the scope of work assigned by the court to the Honorable Expert Committee, is to establish whether the Defendant was authorized by the Company and whether he had the power of attorney from the Company to operate HSBC Account -001 (hereinafter referred to as “HSBC Account 001”).
This is an important point for the Honorable Expert Committee to establish since the Defendant has submitted in the past and in the Expert Hearing on 3 July 2014 a large number of email copies none of which show that he had the authority to operate HSBC Account 001. The numerous emails copies submitted by the Defendant are merely to deflect the Court and the Expert from the main issue of whether the Defendant was authorized by the Company to operate HSBC Account 001. We have in paragraph 2.3 and 2.4 below summarized each of these emails to show that these emails have no relationship to the Defendant’s authority to operate HSBC Account 001.

Translation - English As mentioned in 2013 year end audited consolidated financial statements of the Company K.S.C. (Closed) and its subsidiaries, note 1, The Companies Law No. 25 of 2012 was effectively finalized on 27 March 2013 and was available to public later, and We have issued our audit report for 2012 financials on 28 March 2013. Therefore we have not mentioned this in 2012 financial statements due to above mentioned reason, however this has been updated in the subsequently issued financial statements. Bio
Ahmed is a professional English < > Arabic Senior Translator & Editor, has an excellent command of Arabic language (classical & modern) based on his previous study at Al-Azhar University. He has a Bachelor degree in English language, Faculty of Languages & Translation.
In 2010, Ahmed joined the American University of Cairo "AUC" for a translation diploma to master translation. In 2011, he received Foundation Certificate in Written Translation "FCWT", and in 2013, received his Career Certificate in Legal Translation "CCLT".
Ahmed started working on freelance projects since 2007. He had joined a translation office after graduation till he joined the Egyptian Army. At the Egyptian Army, he worked as consecutive interpreter and tour guide for one year. In 2013, he joined EY Firm as a financial & legal translator at Cairo office. In 2014 till now, he moved to Kuwait and is working as senior financial & legal translator & editor at BDO International Firm.
