How do i HS tell that it should insert 100% matches automatically into the translation grid? I haven't found any settings option so far.

Tools > Options > Translation Nov 20, 2013

The following option is the closest one:
Tools > Options > Translation > Apply best match when target segment is empty.

Please note that with this option enabled, matches below 100% will be applied to target when no 100% matches exist.
