सबसे पहले तो मैं यह कहना चाहूँगा कि आपको यह पोस्टिंग हिन्दी की बजाए मनी मैटर्स में रखनी चाहिए थी। इस विषय पर सैंकड़ों बार चर्चा हो चुकी है। अगर मनी मैटर्स फोरम में जाएं, वहां अनेक पेशेवरों ने इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए समाधान सुझाए हैं।

वैसे आपने यह नहीं लिखा कि भुगतान न करने का कारण क्या है। क्या कम्पनी यह बहाना तो नहीं बना रही कि काम की गुणवत्ता ठीक नहीं है? वैसे, किसी भी नई कम्पनी के लिए काम करना आरम्भ करने से पहले उसकी ब्लू बोर्ड रेटिंग की जाँच कर लेनी चाहिए क्योंकि उससे इस बात की भली-भाँति जानकारी मिल जाती है कि क्या उसका अतीत में किसी अनुवादक को भुगतान न करने का रिकॉर्ड रहा है। ▲ Collapse

If they do not reply to your mail for a significant amount of time, post in ProZ blue board regarding non-payment. Out of 5 times, it has helped me thrice.

Also please check the blue board of any agency/end client before accepting any work. That will let you know the risks of working with the particular client and you can then take a conscious decision.
