Aren't these age and country restrictions for the non-linguistic professions. I've heard (on the grapevine) that the maximum age for linguistic professions is 56 and that those country restrictions do not apply for linguistic professions.

There is no nationality requirement for language positions and the age limit is 56. You have to open the examination notice for info on the age limit.
