Inherited sword tang signature translation.

I inherited a sword from WW2 from my grandpa. I disassembled it so I could get a picture of the tang. Here is a link to that picture:

Any help in translation would be greatly appreciated. This is a priceless family heirloom, and I would love to learn anything I can about it.
