I have been a member since 2007 and I have been taking part in Kudoz but it’s the first time I see the message “The asker has declined this answer” (https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english-to-portuguese/law-contracts/7164100-good-guy-guarantee.html). Of course, over the years a good number of my suggestions haven’t been accepted but in these cases I receive a message saying that the asker selected another answer… ▲ Collapse

In your specific case, however, you being the only answerer, and with a long list of Agrees supporting your answer, I cannot understand why our colleague decided to decline it. So, you did the right thing asking the asker to provide a reason. ▲ Collapse
