Agree with Steven. How pathetic that someone has so much time on his hands that he expends energy/free time calling a newspaper to berate people by voice mail. I had a boss like that. Not a clue about how to motivate people or at least how to avoid de-motivating people. Really irritating and naturally led to lower productivity. A productivity crash, actually.
