Given that I want to become a certified translator, I am looking for specializations with high demand but low competition. I love scientific and veterinary-related topics, do you consider there are plenty of freelance job opportunities for Veterinary Translation?

I live in Mexico, and I am a freelance copywriter and English/French to Spanish translator. I focus on the travel industry right now, but that field has a lot of competition.
