MemoQ 10.4 giving repeated "Access denied" messages

Hi everybody!

I'm using memoQ 10.4 on the server of the agency I'm working for. Until today, all was well.

Suddenly, while working on a new document, the message "Access denied" pops up every time I confirm a translated segment by pressing CTRL-ENTER. I don't know what this message means in practical terms.

Hi everybody!

I'm using memoQ 10.4 on the server of the agency I'm working for. Until today, all was well.

Suddenly, while working on a new document, the message "Access denied" pops up every time I confirm a translated segment by pressing CTRL-ENTER. I don't know what this message means in practical terms.

But what I've been doing is to repeatedly synchronize the document with the server. Each time I get the message that synchronization has been successful. I hope doing this is a helpful corrective, but I don't know for sure, because I don't know what the problem actually is.

I would contact my project manager, but the agency is closed for the weekend. They are in Hamburg and I'm in the US. This lengthy assignment is due Tuesday, so I really cannot wait until it's Monday in Hamburg to get help from the agency.

Can anyone suggest what's going on? I completed other document translations recently without running into this message.
