Glossary entry not available for KudoZ points???

I only recently joined ProZ so this may be a problem \"between my ears\"...

Whenever I am awarded KudoZ points the email says that I can enter the term into the glossary to earn BrowniZ. However, when I click the link, which incidently contains the ending \"...gloss=enter\" I am shown the question with my answer chosen but NOWHERE to enter a gloss-term.

I managed to enter one gloss-term when I accessed the page from my profile via the KudoZ points, but this only worked once.<... See more

I have had the same problem. I believe that there might be two reasons:





  • I think glossary entries can only be made by members with a certain KudoZ score (I believe this mark to be 100; as soon as I had reached that, I was able to enter terms into the glossary)



  • I also discovered that, even now, the glossary feature may be disabled if you link directly from your e-mail. But it does work when you access the question from your profile... See more

As for the glossary itself: you can access it and search for terms by going into the KudoZ section - simply enter the keywords, language, etc. you are looking for, and all the previous entries will be shown. ▲ Collapse

I am having problems entering words int he glossary too. Neither the email link nor the link from my page seem to work. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I had the same problem for a while but then I began getting the \"enter into glossary\" option and could usually do it directly from the e-mail. However, in the past 10 days or so, I\'m no longer getting it----not from the e-mail nor from my profile page.

Seems to be a general system failure. At least we are not alone (some comfort)!
