Can't post answers to KudoZ questions

I've tried to answer two questions in the last 12 hours (in the Russian to English language pair) but when I select "submit an answer" in
Netscape Communicator no form comes up for me to enter my answer and in Internet Explorer the entire area where the form would be is black.
