I'm new to to this job sytem What do people usually write in this section? does it make any sense to quote if the number of quotes is more than 100, for instance? Thank you.

It depends for how many language pairs. If there are 100 quotes in one language pair than I would never bother to add the 101st. However if a project involves translation into 10 or more languages than 100 quotes does not sound too bad.
