Blue board agencies with ratings but without jobs posted

I believe there are agencies listed on the Blue Board that have been rated by members but have never offered jobs on ProZ.

It's good to know that the Blue Board system is flexible enough to handle such agencies.

But how about the other way around: If one wishes to rate an agency not listed on ProZ, how can one do so? Surely that will make the Blue Board system even more effective!

You're probably new to ProZ. you'll get the hang of it.

You can add any agency, this is why some agencies have been added, even though they have not posted jobs on Proz (they might have contacted translators through other channels)
