Добрый день,

Вопрос у меня очень простой. Собственно, в заголовке. Если PayPal и MB/Skrill некоторые российские заказчики/агентства время от времени используют, то предложение оплатить услуги через Neteller обычно вызывает недоумение. Известна ли / популярна ли / используется ли данная платежная система в России? Если нет, то в чем может быть причина?
